Managed IT services for growing companies
contact@whiteglovemsp.comEmployee support
People should not need to understand provider boundaries before asking for help. A managed support experience starts with affected work, keeps context through handoffs, and closes with an understandable outcome.
The support journey
Employees know the approved support path and what context is safe and useful to provide.
The service scope identifies supported people, devices, applications, and escalation contacts.
The employee explains who is affected, what work stopped, and what changed.
Support captures impact and context instead of forcing the user to diagnose the technology.
The employee receives a clear next action or a request for missing information.
Ownership remains visible when the issue crosses Microsoft 365, a device, or another vendor.
The employee can confirm whether work is restored and understand any remaining limitation.
The outcome, dependency, or follow-up owner is made explicit rather than disappearing with the ticket.
Useful intake
Screenshots can help when they contain no sensitive information. Passwords, recovery codes, and other secrets should never be submitted in a support request.
If an outside application or connectivity provider owns the underlying fix, managed support can retain the employee’s context, coordinate the escalation within scope, and identify who acts next. It cannot manufacture authority over a third party or promise that vendor’s timing.
Evaluation criteria
Employees know where to start and do not need to guess which vendor owns the symptom.
Identity and access work follows authorized business roles instead of informal requests.
Open dependencies and next actions remain named when work crosses teams.
Service hours, response commitments, supported systems, and exclusions are confirmed in the agreement-not implied by marketing copy.
